We are not assembling a syndicate for one transaction. We are forming a small group of partners who measure this in years and who want to shape how the platform is built rather than merely to be present in it.
The Switzerland–Dubai structure is deliberately designed to carry more than gold. Once governance, banking and counterparty standards are in place, additional flows can be added along corridors that already function.
Documentation-led execution, an internal legal function, external counsel in both jurisdictions and a conservative view on which transactions are worth entering. Partners join a structure that can be examined, not a promise.
